Tragedy at Holt is an extra stage in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories. The bill to unlock it is only available during episode 1.

Before the battle[]
Laharl is summoned to Adell's hometown, and he decides to fight our heroes as a way to appease his bad mood.
After the battle[]
Angry at his loss Laharl decides to just blow up the planet, prompting a credits roll. Laharl will also blow up the planet if the party loses to him.
