Every panel of the map has a height associated to it, measured in a unit called "dm", which limits the reach of various actions.

Units have a Jump IconJump stat, and they can only move to a higher adjacent panel if the height increase is equal or lower than this stat. All actions that target other units/panels have a set limit on how many dm of difference they can reach up and down.

It's important to pay attention to the positioning of allies and enemies, as attacks get bonuses depending on height difference:

  • Power:
    • Up to D4: Decrease defending stat by 5% per 12 dm below the attacker.
    • D5 and D6: Increase/decrease defending stat by 1% per dm above/below the attacker.
    • D7: Increase/decrease attacking stat by 1% per 10 dm above/below the target. Increase/decrease defending stat by 1% per 10 dm above/below the attacker.
  • Accuracy:
    • D5: Increase/decrease base accuracy by 1% per dm above/below target(multiplicative bonus).
    • D6: Increase/decrease accuracy by 1% per dm above/below target(additive bonus).
    • D7: Increase/decrease base accuracy by 1% per 10 dm above/below target(multiplicative bonus).
