I would like to learn more about the hospital. Mainly, after they "offer" an item, if you raise more counters without accepting the item, can you get something else? What are the levels each counter has to get to, to unlock an item? Are there a limited number of times you can receive items? If you do wait until clearing another counter, are you basically missing out on free stuff (not, in the long run, getting to the best items faster)? NightChime 19:29, May 4, 2010 (UTC)

The type of items you can get from the hospital are fixed. The only thing that can change are the rarity of the item and which specialists reside in it. There's no need to worry about missing out on items though. Even if you wait until you've earned two or more items, you can still get them all. There's only a problem with this in the first game (if you care about the items' rarity) as you can't get items individually in that game (ie. you always get all items offered if you get anything). - Adan Aileron (talk) 01:13, May 5, 2010 (UTC)

Prinnyist Nurse Edit

I'm not sure if it's just Prinnies (sp?) or all monsters but the Hospital doesn't count reviving Prinnies toward item rewards. If it is just Prinnies, that can make a *little* sense, since you could just throw them around like a madman to unlock items. 04:19, May 24, 2011 (UTC)
