The Skull or Magician is an earnest magician boy who works hard, and studies as much as he can. His magic and powers becomes powerful.
His initial Evility Magic Bundle, increases their special skills by 30% but it will also uses 50% more SP.

The Skull possesses higher HP and SPD Aptitudes/Growth at the cost of a lower HIT Aptitude. This is the extent of the stat differences between him and his female counterpart.
The Skull is a class designed around Magic-casting, and possesses the second-highest INT Aptitude of Humanoid classes to reflect this. Upon creation, he can learn (up to Tera level) Magic spells from his chosen element. Unlike the Mage, the Skull is designed around increased damage output. As such, his Magic/Skills will always be stronger, but cost twice as much to cast. This makes him a risky character early-game, as he can burn through his SP very quickly. (However, he gains the Special Skill Magic Siphon later on which acts as a slight offset!) Despite his handicap though, the Skull can be an utter powerhouse if prepared well.
This class can also be given an Elemental Forte, which increases the Elemental Resistance by 50% of one, and lowers that of another by 50. When raising the Fire Res. Ice will go down, raising the Wind will make Fire go down, and raising the Ice makes Wind decrease. This will also determine which Magic-elemental magic they'll learn.
Given his low HP, the Skull should avoid rushing into the thick of things if it can be helped; as he can be very quickly cut down. Higher Tiers of the Skull can also use the Gun or Bow as back-up weapons, though their growth in these stats leave a lot to be desired.
