The Sinner is a humanoid class in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories,
Unlocked by passing the "Make a Bad Guy" bill in the Dark Assembly which requires any character to have at least 1 Felony .
Their Special Ability allows them to have +50% counterattack damage when their HP is in critical, Lover specialist increase this by +1% per Lover level. Also, they have a 95% chance of forming a team attack with anyone.
Sinners are demons who've commited heinous crimes, and are forced to train in a special Prison. They are often called on by the courts to fights. They excel at fist weapons due to the large handcuffs around their wrists. They are masters at using Fists. They also have high Speed, Attack and HP, making them excellent melee fighters. However, later tiers allow for useage of Swords and Spears as well. Stat-wise, they are slightly weaker than other classes, Ninja and Nekomata monsters outranking them in ATK and SPD by the time of Post-Game.

Trivia
- The Sinner class is the only class from Disgaea 2 Cursed Memories/Dark Hero Days who didn't make it to Disgaea 3. This is most likely due to the redundancy in style to the Martial Artist Class being recreated from the first Disgaea game and it having better stats (1 more in Move, Range, Throw, Counter & 5 in Jump).
- The design for the Sinner, however, may have been the inspiration for that of the Male Healer class in Disgaea 3
