- Main article: Nether Noble
The player’s first encounter with a Nether Noble will be when they battle Hoggmeiser at the end of Episode 3 and he subsequently joins the party. However, he is not a "true" Nether Noble, having the unique "Rich Demon" class instead, and defeating him will not unlock the Nether Noble class.
Nether Nobles are notable in that, aside from Hoggmeiser (who, again, is not a "true" Nether Noble), they are one of only two monster classes that never appear during the story (the other being the Great Wyrm). Death Boars can be found in Cave of Ordeal 4, and all other tiers can only be found in the Dark Assembly and the Item World.
The Nether Noble's skill "Earthshaker" is a unique and interesting skill, as it causes the user to switch places with a target two spaces away.
Disgaea DS Collection BookEdit
A prestigious class of demons. They don't fight their own battles. Instead, they hire servants to fight for them. But if necessary, they have been known to finish off adversaries by themselves. For all of their accumulated wealth, they are also known to be ridiculously stingy.
