List of Senator Adell bills[]
A regular bill allows Adell to attend the Assembly as a senator, voting on proposals from other characters. His initial voting power is 30, but it can be increased by a regular bill. The "Persuade By Force" option is still available if the bill doesn't go your way, but only Adell can participate in the battle.
