Main article: Geomancer

The Geomancer is a Human class that first appears in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories, only to reappear in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice and Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days.

He is unlocked by getting a 500+ Geo Combo and passing the "Make a strange Old Man" proposal in the Dark Assembly. It's possible to achieve a 500+ Geo Combo in Tutorial 4.

Geomancer's Special Ability is that he takes no damage from Geo Panel explosions; Lover specialists increase his Geo Warp skill by +1 distance per 5 Lover levels.

Geomancers are a hybrid class that acts as a mixture of the Healer and Star Mage classes, possessing spells pertaining to both. Like the classes it's emulating, the Geomancer is a creature of INT, RES and pitiable HP that's suited to sniping from the rear-guard. Also befitting an all-purpose class is the Geomancer's gimped arsenal compared to it's emulated classes, stopping at Omega for the Star series and Giga for the Heal series.

Whilst seemingly unimpressive on most maps, the Item World is where the Geomancer's actual use fits in. In the Item World, the Geomancer gains access to a set of class-specific spells that can allow him to warp between two Geo Panels, transform a map's entire Geo Panel set-up (Applies to cleared story/Dark World maps too!) and even change the entire Bonus Gauge. Geomancers also possess an odd affinity for Fist weapons despite their mediocre physical stats; great for swatting aside Item World Gatekeepers.

While not a necessary class for survival, they're a nice novelty for those looking to maximize their Item World gains.
