Embryon is the first stage in Episode 12: War of the Netherworld, Part 1 in Disgaea: Hour of Darkness.
Story[]
The area is full of EDF soldiers and Gordon is very pleased they are finally here to rescue Jennifer and himself. However, Jennifer tells him he's wrong, that they've been used. Refusing to believe her, Gordon dismisses her from her duties as his assistant.
It isn't until after the battle, when they see a message from General Carter' that he is willing to entertain another truth.
