D6 Demonic Intelligence Example

One of the default sets that attacks chests if possible, otherwise goes for the nearest enemy.

Demonic Intelligence, or D.I., is a system introduced in Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny that allows players to configure the actions characters use in Auto Battle.

There's a series of commands with all sorts of conditions, targets and actions that can be combined to define complex behaviors. Each character can save various DI sets to then equip one to be used.

Command List[]

In Disgaea 6 most commands need to be unlocked by passing additional Assembly bills. In Disgaea 7, D.I. and all its commands are unlocked on Episode 5. There's 3 types of commands:

  • When?: Conditions with 2 branching paths for when it's met or not.
  • To Whom?: Determines the type of target to act upon. Can be chained to one another to further specify the target.
  • Do What?: Makes the character perform an action. Only movement commands can be chained to more commands. Must be used after determining the target, otherwise will simply pick the first enemy in the Character List.

Commands with selectable values will have them in brackets.
